Do you want a free engine!?

Hi all!
I'm about to buy an engine for my Porsche 964 project, before I do I'd think I atleast tried to find the correct engine for my car, I know it's probably impossible and 3 legged unicorn etc etc... I know it's a long shot.
If you have my engine it would be a 3.6liter 964 engine with engine number 62N06374.
If you have, or know a friend that have a 964 engine that's been swapped please check the engine number or let them know about this thread, maybe we can work something out. I'd appreciate it if you'd take a moment of your time.
Tnx guys

Is the VIN for the 964 a ROW VIN? The original engine is likely not over here in the states.

There’s a very good chance it’s been junked. There’s a reason Catorce is casting new blocks. So many of them are toast.

I don’t mean to be a rain cloud and wish you the best in your search.

Yeah I know but I'm gonna quote Jim Carrey on this one "So you're saying there is a chance!?!?"

Well, Sadly I dont have that much info about it. What I know is that the car, a Black 964 RS America was first sold in Denver, Colorado to someone living in Miami, FL.
I bought it in Los Angeles Area -Dec 16, so engine likely somewhere in that area, but can be anyware really.
Here's some pictures

What do you mean they are junked?

The 3.6 cases are junk?
