Need Help with New Rear Window Seal
 

Has anyone out there replaced their rear window seal on your 78-86 coupe with defroster and have discovered that the new seal requires modification? The new part number is 911-545-225-00.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had to poke holes at the bottem corner to feed the wires through into the channel. apart from that - nothing.

professional auto glass on aurora will do those, as well as targas. they're a pain, due to the routing of the wires and cutting holes in the seal for them. i used to do them, but now i don't have as much hair to pull out, so i farm them.
