Dash creaking

Hi,
I have a dash creak from the passenger side.
It shows on small bumps and uneven roads and feels like hard plastic on hard plastic.

Typical check doesn’t show anything loose and this is not a rattle.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and what is he fix.

Dash feels solid and tight.
