Car has sat for several years-what should I do to my brakes?

Getting close to getting my car back on the road and I'm assuming the brakes will need some work. The calipers were rebuilt just before I spun a bearing but everything has sat for a long time. Rotors are rusty I'll probably just replace those.

Am I ok to replace rotors and just do a fluid flush? Anything else recommended?

Flush the fluid out a couple times. Look at what is coming out. If it's rusty color, then maybe there are more issues. How old are the rubber lines? If they are original, replace them as they are inexpensive. Do this before the hassle of the fluid bleed. I wouldn't replace the rotors because of surface rust. My rotors get surface rust after sitting a couple days. Money is better spent elsewhere. Just make sure you are careful when you are driving the first 10 miles or so so the rust gets off there.

Garage
Make sure engine turns freely.
Turn by hand or via starter without ignition.
Change fuelfilter. Drain old gas. Check for rust in tank!!
Do an oilchange + filter.
Do all this!
The rusty discs are the least to worry about.
