Question Oil leak @ engine oil cooler

My '87 just created a oil leak at the engine oil cooler to a point it drips on the exhaust. It's where the cooler connected to the engine. I suspect it's the seal. Wonder if anyone has this problem before?

Could be coming from the oil pressure switch on top of the motor.

I think it will be coming from the pressure sender more so than the cooler. However, the coolers are known to leak too.

If it is the cooler, the hardest part is going to be to remove the engine tin/air-shroud above the cooler to get to the bolts holding the cooler on. Then you might want to remove the exhaust (makes it easire atleast). I did this with my 2.7 PITA. I am pretty sure the 3.2s are the same.

But definately check/change the pressure sendor first!

Good luck!

Thanks for the replies!
I've jacked the car up and checked. It looks pretty dry above the connection point. I'm planning to drop my engine this weekend while other works to be done. "Fortunately" it leaks now so I can fix everything at the same time.
Thanks again!
Andy
