B pillar replacement

Anybody have any link to threads? I am facing this which is less daunting than the rust repairs I have done in the past...just would like to see what is involved. The B pillar is multi layered and is not currently available from Porsche. Lock posts are available as are quarter panels...unfortunately no inner wheel well panels are available.
