Hi-Torque Starter Upgrade Question

Hey guys- I’m looking at getting the WOS Performance hi-torque starter but it seems to only have one terminal for the ignition wire to connect to. The SC with CIS needs two terminals with the second sending power (not sure on voltage) to the cold start injector during cranking.

Is there an easy way to wire up a jumper for this or should I stick with the OEM type starter?

Thanks

Hi-Torque Starter Upgrade Question

Hi Guvnor.

You just connect both of the thin cables to the same point on the leight weight starter.

I have done this my self for just a couple of days ago, its easy to do and I am very happy with the result. Now I can use a much ligther starter battery also, mine now 44Ah and 350 CCA.
I saved in total approx 20lb !!

You can buy piggybacked spade terminals so you can mount both wires. See post 23 in this thread:

Thank you gents! Ordered a pack of 25 from Amazon for probably less than one would cost at the local auto parts store.
