1970 T Engines Serial Number?
 
I am helping a friend sell his car.
It was red and he rescued it from a front yard on Long Island in 2002
VIN911012040three,
1970 911 T, Karman Coupe.

Engine number number fits Production run for 911.07 Sequence 6105000+
Where should we find the tranny stamp, its a five speed

If those are real vintage HANDS wheels they are fairly rare.

It should be on the lowest rib under the trans.

Thanks for the tip on the wheels.

And help on the stamp. Thats where I would expect to find the stamp, would be hard to miss. Owner thinks the stamp is higher, and can't be seen underneath. What tranny range would be found in the car. 5 sp,

We have to get it back up on the lift to take more pictures.
Will let you know what we find.
