sheepskin or other cover source
much as I love nice leather seats, I notice that having a 6 year old as a co-pilot is a little hard on the pigskin. Anyone have good experiences with reasonably priced sheepskin or other seatcovers?

I don't think that I've actually seen any furry sheepskins in a car in the last decade or so (more than a little early '80's aura, I would guess
), but I know of several vendors who still sell them.Try California Car Cover for lots o' pelt selections. What about some of the neoprene cover options? These would seem to be more attractive (subjective, admittedly), and more effective in handling the normal kids scuff, scratch and spill issues? Good luck, Tim |

Costco sells neoprene seat covers (set of 2) for around $22 here in NJ. Seams like a great second skin for protecting seats.

I had some custom fitted sheepskins on my '67 that I used to get some grief over, but they were very practical. I little '70-ish, but I actually liked they way they looked. I purchased several sets from Sheepskin Experts, 800-558-6188 (no affiliation, just a satisfied customer). Very accomodating.
