Engine number 6670618, which comes from a 1977 MY.
Matching case halves, no visible damage.

is your 77 930 a very early 77 ?
I have the second to the last 76 row car with the vin last three of 643 .
and I do not have the original cases .. from allot earlier 76 .

Great case.Not sure in this day and age if there is enough talent to build a good hot rod.As HENRY from Supertec said the best engine Porsche never built.I have built over 20.I am doing a 66mm X 98 bore.All you guys with the 3.4 or 3.8 I will be waiting at the end of the strip and lighting up an American Spirit Cigarette before you brake to a stop.Just screwing with you.Ciao Fred Never take a knife to a gun fight.
