No, its a smog pump. Just got rid of the compressor and bracket as no one wanted it.
I may still have the main hose if needed. Thanks.

Yes still have the bushings, filters, crush washers, brake pad etc.
Bushings are new, OEM purchased from Pelican years ago and never installed them.
