R muffler tailpipe spacing is 31" on center. Typical fiberglass RSR bumper cut-outs are 30"-32" on center.

Muffler outlets
So to confirm then this would be off centered if installed on a car with a typical RSR bumper?

Sorry, I didn't see this post until now. I'll be back home in a day or two and I'm happy to get it measured up.
I don't think Brian was implying these would be off center. I think he meant that RSR bumper cutouts vary by about two inches so there is no guarantee that the tailpipe will fit your bumper. At least that's what I read into it.

Well I was way off. My IROC RSR bumper cutouts are 16.5 on center.

I'm using an M&K R muffer from Brian on my ST. It's 31" on center between the pipes and a perfect fit on my Getty suppied fiberglass bumper. Sounds awesome, pretty loud and no drone.

Do you have any sense of how it sounds compared to a standard 2/2 M&K or Dansk 2/2 sport muffler? Always wondered about this particular model of M&K.

Sounds great but louder than a standard M&K. That's sort of the point.

M&K makes baffles that insert into the trial pipes for tuning purposes. I’m running the baffles on mine with a 2.7

Rgo. with the baffles, any idea what sound level is at 50ft?. I like that setup if it reasonably close to 90dB.

Sorry, I wasn’t concerned with the sound, was just using them to set back pressure. I do drive it on the street. Mine sounds like a Ferrari at high RPM, and is fairly quiet at 3000.
