Here's a close-up of both shafts and a boss that has a small crack. The boss is used to secure the sheet metal engine surround. Easy fix with some epoxy and sandpaper.

Re: tensioner/idler shafts, they feel smoother than they look in the photos. But, you can feel a very slight ridge. Does it matter? I don't think so, but talk to an expert if you have any concern.

Nothing noteworthy about the studs around perimeter or the other pins and studs.
