Bought a pair of repro mirrors from djb3. They were packed carefully and shipped quickly. Couldn't ask for more!

Bought a set of Webers from Greens. Carbs were better than pictures showed. Got manifolds, fuel pump, filter and lines, linkage, filter housings and new intake gaskets.
Everything was in great shape for $1000. Plus a nice guy.

I randomly had the urge to buy a hood crest in the middle of the night last week and without missing a beat member 964rsaTX replied to my dreamy request and shipped it right out that morning.
It was a great item and as a newbie I want to let you all know what a great forum this is!
Very trustworthy and reliable, knowledgeable folks all over this place!
I didn't really even need the crest just wanted to see how a transaction played out.
I look forward to doing more business with you all as we finally are near finished rebuilding a 79 3.0l to put in my wife's 1973 911T.
Then get it back on the road for testing and begin a genuine body restoration in the fall.
I've known her since 1989 and the car never ran.
(she parked it in '87 after losing her brother to a DR Driver, tough loss on the family)
it sat in our garage for all this time.
Poking up close on our 20th anniversary in Sept 2013
Plans are to drive/take the car to Nantucket all polished up for the celebratory weekend next year.
