Alloy lugs, tired and faded?

Are your factory Porsche alloy lug nuts tired and faded? I have the answer for you, replace them with a set of USED Factory Porsche Alloy lug nuts, previously faded and tired looking, that have been powder painted!

One of the elements of the powder paint used on these used, previously faded, factory Porsche alloy lug nuts is UV protection so that they don't fade like the new factory ones. Yes, I still use plastic garbage can material when removing or installing the lug nuts to prevent damage. These clean easily, do not need any special maintenance and will STAY BLACK.

$75.00 set + S/H

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't painting the rounded contact face a no-no?

Yep.

You are not supposed to coat the lug seat. Can be dangerous.

They won't torque correctly and may not stay torqued.

Can you remove the coating from the lug seat?

(Shouldn't be any paint or coating on the wheel seat, either, just metal to metal).

Powder Painted lug nuts

I have not had any issues with the paint on the mating surface of lug nut to the wheel. Lug nut torque has not changed on the lugs nuts on either of my Pcars.
