Warehouse full of vintage parts, lift, compressor, forklift

I want to pass on what's left of all my Porsche parts and stuff, less what I need to finish a couple of projects. Set up as a viable business and now housed in a 1,600 sq/ft air conditioned space with affordable rent ($950.00 mo.):There's tons of valuable and rare parts, shelving and racks, plastic storage bins, 6,000 lb. auto lift, shop sized air compressor, heavy duty LP fork lift, ect. A person could make a good living while having fun working with old 911/914's. Most of the cars in the pics are gone, but the parts are still here. I'm looking to get $100K - 150K, depending upon exactly what the parts/car/equipment mix ends up being. I don't have an inventory list. If you're interested, please make an appointment to view it all in person (New Smyrna Beach, FL). Not looking to sell items one part at a time... just don't have the time anymore with my new job. Please email to: jpnorthwood@aol.com

Business sale

I've been to John's place several times and the pictures don't do it justice. This is a deal you should not pass if there is the slightest interest and you have the $$$.
Good luck John.

"Yes", I would sell just the parts, or just the 4-8 cars that are remaining, separately. You come and pack it up and haul everything away yourself in all senerios. The lift, compressor and tools do not have to be included and I do not expect/want the buyer to take over the storage rent.

Sorry Joe, I'm looking to really thin down what I have, cars included. Just tired of the BS that goes with it.. John is a good guy, Allen should jump on this..
