How are you supposed to mount it without a clip or suction cups?

Valentine sells accessories very inexpensively and the website also allows you to type in the serial number and determine if the unit needs updates.
Great product, great company and still considered the gold standard....

I stand corrected and should know better than to offer opinion in a public forum. Their website clearly states; "The World's Best...."

Keith,

It's been a pleasure doing business with you. The V1 works great and when I checked the website I found out that the unit has their latest radar circuitry known in-house as V1.8—POP2 with Euro Mode.

Life is good.
