Hey Joe Bob,

I was actually surprised too, but I'm also a newbie. I know the red handled screw drivers can be super expensive when they come up for sale. For the interest of expanding my own knowledge, what year is the tool kit from?

Thanks! And good luck with the sale!

Alex

For your G50 car, you can still get the kit from the dealer for ~$300 - $350.

Hey Mike,

Nice looking tool kit. I still have most of the one from my 1972 and am keeping it. Prices sure make me wish I had bought some 20 years ago!

Hey There Fellows,

A buddy of mine is looking for a kit 1964 for a Carrera II - He might have to pay ThousandS! I just bought a near mint kit for my '69E undergoing full resto and paid well over this price and am happy to have it - though I was sick writing the cheque. So if ya needs it ya may havs ta pay! If ya don't - don't bother. OFury and Irish at that!

Correct kits are getting up there for sure.
This one, while not entirely complete, does have some extra parts included.
Could be a good base to assemble a proper kit.

(free) bump.

I assume he knows what he needs... he has to start with a basic 356 C/SC toolkit, and than adds the specific 4 cam tools that he needs. A few of those tools have been repro'd (and essentially perfectly).
