Very Good condition $20.00 Please add $2.75 for first class postage or $4.75 for the flat rate priority mail envelope in the U.S. Canada / Mexico please add $11.95 and overseas add $13.95 for the flat rate international mail envelope I will carefully pack and sandwich the brochure between two cardboard pieces and mark the envelope "DO NOT BEND" so it gets to you in the same condtion.    |
