Yeah, those curb rash marks look really bad.

WOW, I would be upset, too! I would want to return these for a refund, or I would want a minimum of $1K back in order to pay for refinishing/restoration (not sure $1K woud cut it, though) . . . sorry to see this. He told you they were "excellent", correct, with one small spot of "rash"? These look like they were dropped from the bed of a moving truck (exaggerating, of course, but they are very ****ed-up)!

Wow, sorry to see this. You definitely would have been a very happy man with my wheels. Not trying to be a smartass or anything.

Ya mike I wish I would have waited for yours, check out what his goof ball said on his tuner Porsche 930 post about me posting pics tonight. Total a hole. It would be nice for fellow forum members post on his site what they thought about this.... Remember he may get you some day.

YOU HAVE RECOURSE, if you paid with Paypal and that account is billed through a credit card.

Example....I bought some Oakley sunglasses on EBAY, which I then paid for with paypal. My paypal account is paid via American Express. When I got the sunglasses, they were FAKE/knockoffs. I contacted American Epxress and got immediate full refund. They then pursued the fraudulant seller.

Best of luck....and hope you have a CC linked to your paypal rather than your bank account...if so, then I am 100% certain you can gain full refund and let the CC company deal with the guy.

Hey, at least they are useable. There are people got bent wheels, crack wheels from "nice" seller. You never know. Just something for you to feel better

I would strip the chrome and have them painted silver (professionally). If done right, they are worth some money.

Definately go and pay him a visit. Maybe a face to face would make him reconsider....

I agree if you do decide to redo them, do it in the original ruf color and they will be beautiful and worth a pretty penny in the future.
