My 73.5 sticker looks completely different. Are you making different stickers for the appropriate year?

These look great and will be a nice addition to the engine stickers I already bought from you.

Question for you guys - Is there an easy way to find the build date, besides this sticker? I recently got the car back from paint and the painter pulled the sticker, hence why I need a new one, but without having the old sticker as a reference, how can I determine the correct build date?

Thank you Todd! But... Are you sure? In my opinion it should be something like 133mm length and about 40mm high...

That's right. I'm goint to reproduce all of them!
Your decal is different because that's how did they look in years 1972 - 1977

Call your nearest Porsche Centre. I think they should help you. Ask for information about month of production (you don't need to know the day of "birth" ).

Looks good. I'll be ordering one along with the rest of the engine bay stickers.
Just a note, notice how the early VIN numbers were made using 4 holes across and 6 down as opposed to the later 4 across by 5 down. Will there be 2 different patterns?

Tom

I've seen a post or two about also purchasing engine bay stickers. Are you offering repro gold engine bay stickers for sale also?

Thanks,

Ron

I called a local dealer with no help, and called Porsche USA to the COA dept. and asked for this info. The woman who answered said they do not have this information for cars that old (1977) without purchasing a COA. Anyone else experience this? Or did I speak with someone who didn't want to help me?

Any other ideas to confirm build date?

Also, can someone post a picture with dimensions to the inside jamb, showing the correct placement of the sticker? Thanks in advance.
