Which last three numbers on the front leading tag: 013, 019, or 021?

I've never seen any evidence that US models in 72 and/or early 73 used anything other than the 013 pump.
On a previous thread I had asked anybody with an 021 pump that started with a number 2 on the tag to show a photo of it and I got no response at all. 013 pumps are spotted fairly regularly but the 021 pumps are not. If all North American 2.4S engines got 021 pumps you'd be able to find them more often than 013's and that is not the case. If anybody has an 021 pump please show a picture of the tag on top of the pump.
BTW the 013 pump is regarded as a better pump for a driver, more hp supposedly.

These cars got various parts for various reasons. Emissions was always an issue. Any pump can be re calibrated to another setting. Here is a late 73 USA pump on a car I did last year.

Thank you for the pic. March of '73 production would have been used on a very late '73 model. Anybody with an 021 pump that begins its serial number with a 2?
