Is this a euro exhaust system? How old is it? Does it have a catalytic converter or the pre muffler with o2 sensor?

This is a U.S. exhaust with the cat and port for the O2 sensor. I had SSI's installed on the 1982 SC. It is twenty years old, the exchangers and muffler are in good shape. Could use a media blast and a coat of aluminizer for a like new finish.
