3.2 for sale
Am looking into stuffing a 3.6 in my car and if this happens will have a good 3.2 for sale. Located in Phoenix but may drive to the LA area to do the swap. Motor and car never on the track, no auto-X or drivers events. Maintained by Zims in Dallas for the last 5 years. I am a aircraft mechanic and do the minor stuff myself.
93k miles, two owner car, motor runs great, one quart every 1300 miles or better, and nothing wrong with the motor or performance, just looking for more power as usual. No compressions taken in the last year but can do that easily. Would be selling the motor ready to stick in the car and run but without exhaust or for the right offer with almost new (15 months old) SSI heat exchangers, muffler and heating mod. DME computer, harness and stock and custom performance chips programmed for this motor also available. Will sell everything above as a package or DME and extras separately after the motor is sold. Also have an extra DME computer that I may sell. Need to make a deal on the 3.6 but after this happens my motor is available to be driven and sold immediately. $6000 or best offer, without the exhaust. Joe A joe.abrahamson@cpginc.com

Cary,
Find me a buyer for the motor and I will make you a deal on the extra DME computer! Might even deliver it personally to Montana in the spring! On long trips I carry the extra DME, just like you said, as extra insurance! I really was not in the market to upgrade to the 3.6 but drove a newer car recently and the power was nice. Do not want to sell my Targa but another 75 HP would be nice! My motor will run another 5 years without any major work, then its time for a valve job and if I do not get a reasonable offer will just wait until then and do the swap at this time. Its let me down one time in the last 5 years (cyl head sensor bad) and other than that been the best 911 motor I have ever driven. Joe

Also may have the cat converter and rest of the stock exhaust if the buyer needs to get it through the smog check.

Christian,
Not sure if I will be there but if you are interested will see what I can do. What is the location of the meet? Have a couple of people interested in the motor now but Feb is not that far away either. Thx, Joe

Just got new compressions (160+ and within 3 pounds of each other) and leakdown test (4-5%) on the motor.
Price is now $5400 or make offer! Joe
