***SOLD***
South Florida, currently tires are with Kevin Wheeler at KMW in Boca Raton

225/50ZR-15 Pirelli P Zero
345/35ZR-15 Pirelli P Zero

Tires have been mounted once, but not driven on, paid $2100 for them, looking for $1000 + shipping, would prefer if you're local and can pick up, but will ship if necessary.

That price is a steal for those still using 15" rims. Price is now $750 EACH for the 345/35-15, and that is when you can get them.

Just some background as to why I'm selling these tires. Car has been under build for over 2 years, tires were kept inside A/C shop for a year and a half of that and were only mounted after body work was complete. Idiot body guy mounted fenders without ever mounting tires beforehand and fenders came up short, tires don't fit under fenders. I switched tires to Michelin's TB-15's front and rear, smallest sizes that fit those wheels, another expensive endeavor. Just trying to mitigate some of my loss, tires are in perfect condition, they were mounted and rolled around on for 6 months, never driven on, and stored indoors the entire time I've had them.

I'm interested in these tires for a 72RSR build, and they seem like a great deal, but I have 8" and 10" Panasports to run on it. While it looks like the front tires would work, research on Tirerack pegs the rear tires at fitting 11.5 to 13.5 rim widths. 10" seems like an unworkable stretch, would you disagree with that assessment?

Cheers,
David

Pirelli changed dimensions on the 345/35-15 when they went from the P7 to P-Zero, the latter being both taller and wider than the former. I still run these on widebody 911/930 and find with a 13.5" sidewall width the Fuch 11x15 is too narrow. Optimal is 12x15. 8x15 fronts will fit the 225mm tires just fine.
That being said this is a killer deal, these tires are very hard to find in usable condition. If I were building an RSR tribute I'd widen the rear wheels to 12".

Yeah definitely too wide for those wheels.

Interesting that they are not the same size. How did you find out?

Are the specs listed on the. Website representing the increased diameter and tread width?

I've been running this size for 25 years. Have used Pirelli P7 and P-Zero as well as Yokohama 345's. All are different dimensions. I have pictures of them side by side.
$600 is a steal, my spares cost more than that EACH and are at least that old.

He's talking about the difference between the P7 and the P-Zero, the P-Zero specs on Tire Rack reflect the actual dimensions.
