17" Twists for 911

I have some 17" twists that came on my 1986 911. I would like to trade them for a set of 17" Cup I wheels. I can provide a more detailed pic if anyone is interested. The wheels are in great shape.

Wheels

Are you using spacers on your 1986 911?

How much are you asking for the wheels?

I have a set of 1991 C2 turbo wheels I am trying to sell, 7&9 x 17", painted a flat black. Bridgestone tires w/60-70% tread left, and 1&2" adaptors. I upgraded to 993 wheels. Looking for $700 for wheels/tires, and $250 for the adaptors/lugs.

No spacers...they bolt right up.

At this point, I would like to try to work out a trade with someone. If that can not be done, I will have to locate and buy some cup wheels and then I will sell mine.

I am really trying to find the silver/grey cups. I'm also not sure if the turbo cups will fit? I think I would need spacers? Did you take those off of a 3.2?

I had the wheels on a 1979 911sc. I used the adaptors to fit them correctly. I am putting other wheels on the car, and looking to sell the C2 turbo wheels and adaptors.

At this point, I am really set on the 964 Cup I wheels.

You know, when you get an image in your mind of what you want your car to look like, there is nothing else that will do.

Mark-

Look on Pelican for a 1979 911sc for sale, under the name of Eric McKenna. He posted the pictures for me. It is a few ads down from the top, posted today. It shows the car with the C2 turbo wheels. If that does not work, send me a PM, and I will send some pictures to you.

Cool The wheels

Are your wheels still available, are they 7 inch and 9 inch in the rear, also are they real Twist or aftermarkets? I have a set of 17 inch C4 wheels, I am looking for twist, my wheels are 7 in front and 9 inch rear, I am using spacers and would want the same set up.....

RCollins,

I do still have the wheels available. They are aftermarket wheels (I think, the car had them on it when I bought it). I think they are 7"+9". I will check for you. They do not have spacers...I think the offsets are correct and they don't need them.

Are your wheels the Cup I wheels like Ed R. car? That is the look I am shooting for. Thanks for the pic Ed.
