Engine removal tool (Jack adapter)

I have a Engine removal Jack adapter that I'm selling.
It is the same one listed on Pelican for $160 new.

I can post pictures later,

I'm thinking $100 OBO + shipping.

As promised, here are a few pictures of the tool I have. As I said, I cut about 1/4" off of one corner as shown so the tool wouldn't interfere with the EGR pipe that connects to the crossover pipe on an SC.

I haven't cleaned it up but will before it ships...

Does it do what it's supposed to? The claims state that the tool makes engine removal a 'one-man job'.

Leland,

Wonder if that tool would work on a Carrera? Could we hire you to take a 3.2 motor out and how much explosive would it require?

Joe

I reinstalled the engine on my car by myself with this tool. It works like a champ. There is a large nut on the bottom of the plate to give you "angle adjustment".
Joe, this will definately remove a 3.2 motor, and will be cheaper than hiring an explosives expert to do it the traditional way.

The first person to have dibbs on the adapter is Mikey74.
If he decides to pass on it I'll be sure to let the rest of you know.

Thanks,
