Early G50 LSD

Early G50 LSD best suited for '87-'91, good for speed sensor type cars. I purchased this in January from Blackbyrd for my project car. According to the VIN sticker on the trans and the number stamping, my G50 was non-LSD. Well.......found out someone had added the LSD unit at some point, so now I don't need this one.

The unit came from a low mile (30-65K) working/shifting transmission. Due to the plates being wear items, I cannot guarantee their condition.

$650, shipping not included. Will only ship with insurance and signature confirmation due to the value.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1500943734.JPG

How many miles is "30-65k"?

I am going to pass.

Dan,
Blackbyrd did not know for sure as he had multiple LSD units at the time and they had become mixed up. So, this unit has somewhere between 30K to 65K and is really not going to make a big difference; you are either interested or not. These are not readily available regardless of miles.

You need to open that thing up. Someone has been "massaging" the ramps inside... Might be good, might be ruined.

At the time of selling this LSD to you I had 3 other buyers for it, you got it because you were first online.

I will message them For you if that helps.

This LSD Is not as common as the later 91.5-98 type.

I never opened this one or any of them
For that matter up. I was selling them as is where is.

Who wouldn't replace the plates regardless of "mileage"

These things wear out within 30-65K miles ?

Yes those plates don't last as long
I hear a popular upgrade is guards disks
