They were restored by a wheel shop in Maryland. I can check the dates.

I have looked and I don't see a date stamp. My quick research says that the date stamp is an ink stamped on. Since the wheels were completely restored inside and out, I guess the date stamp was removed and painted over.

I will be traveling between Raleigh, NC and Cherry Hill, NJ on Nov. 21 and Nov. 25. 2017. I could meet along I-95 for pick-up if that helps anyone. These are fresh from the wheel restorer and have yet to be mounted. They are super nice. New center caps painted to match included. I can take any additional pictures you need, just note I am not a photographer but will do my best with an IPhone 6.
