Porsche 911 Engine Grill 72-73?

Porsche 911 engine grill for years 72-73, but cannot be 100% sure. There are some condition issues with one mount missing and some mounting nipples missing. See pictures. Asking $250 or best offer. Located in Livermore CA.

Is that black paint chipping off? If it is then it's 71 or earlier as the 72 and 73 grills were black anodized.

Yo Gearby!!
sometimes the anodizing turns purple when it's fading, kinda looks like on the bottom left corner of the grille's front pic.

Hey Peter, hope your move went well. Yeah it kind of looks purplish on one end but then Chrome on the other. It's hard to tell which one it is. The original grill on my 72 has that beautiful purplish hue. Banner Bank just opened up a branch down here in Vancouver and when I saw it I thought of you.

Could be some remnants of fire extinguisher contents, or it's effect.
