twin turbo rotor hats!!!!!!!!

Does anyone out there know who might make rotor hats to adapt twin turbo rotors & big reds to 84 to 89 carrera?????????? can't seem to find anyone who manufactures these. any help would be greatly appreciated. already checked with vehicle craft, no luck there and pelican just sells the whole kit as well as performance products.
