FS early turbo oil sump screen NOS

I was stated by another member here on Pelican that this stainless steel oil sump screen is for the 75-77 Turbo, and is very rare. Dealer price around $500. I could not verify the application, so I’m willing to sell this NOS stainless steel sump screen for $60. shipped in the Conus.

That's correct. This is for the early turbo pumps that didn't have the screen built onto the pump. I had one of those pumps a while back and wasn't able to find one of these screens. I think I ended up selling the pump but I'm going to look today and if I still have it I'd be a buyer.

That sump screen started with 78 3.3, and ended when the pump with integrated screen and no sump plate was introduced.

So who is correct here? Got two votes for the early turbo and one for the later turbo. No part number as it was out of the package when I got it with a group of parts that came in years ago. Anyone out there with an early turbo see this type while changing their oil? I don’t want to mis represent it.

Early turbo. Later turbo has the screen integrated with the pump's venturi tube, much like the Carrera 3.2 pump and later pumps.

The other style of screen used on the non-turbo pumps has the curved plate attached to the
separate screen. Some good pics in this thread

SC oil pump screen and wha is this?

FYI. This is from service information for 1978 3.3 Turbo. Venturi attached to oil pump pickup tube requires sump screen with open top.
