removal & installation of dash 1969 911

I was wondering if anyone had a good set of instructions for changing a dash in an early 911? I have recently purchased a new dash and want to change out my old one and would appreciate any instructions or thoughts, thanks!

Porsche Crest

Please let me know if the old one is of no use and you would not mind sending it over for a project (I'll pay shipping) instead of into the trash.

Thanks!
Barry

I have only done it with the windscreen out, but I believe it can be done with the screen in. There are about 6 horizontal fixings and around the same number vertically. All can be reached from the trunk. Expect to loose a bit of skin|
