Exhaust Valve #1 cylinder stuck
Hi,
68 912 - I have TDC for piston #1, and the rotor arm facing the notch on the distributor, I have started to check the valves. The gap on the intake valve is correct, but I cannot get the feeler gauge in between the gap on the exhaust valve. I am guess ing it is stuck in the open position as it doesn't move when I try to adjust it. Can anyone help please? Many thanks Andrew |

What you are saying doesn't make much sense. If the exhaust valve was stuck open, you would have a large gap between the valve stem and the rocker arm. "I am guessing it is stuck in the open position as it doesn't move when I try to adjust it"? Just what are you trying to describe here. What doesn't move when you try and adjust it?
