Fuch Resto

Can anyone point me to a website or have instructions on DIY Fuch restoration? I finally aquired the 5th Fuch I needed and it needs paint and a good polishing so I thought this might be the wheel to try it on.

if I completely screw it up at least it will be hidden in the trunk, under the carpet.

Hi Craig,

I didn't do the polishing on mine, they were done when I got the car, but, I have polished wheels before(not Fuchs but other aluminum wheels)...I used Blue Magic Metal Polish(I think you can still get this at WallyWorld), with couple of polishing wheels for my drill. Start with a pretty course wheel(was about like soft steel wool) and then move to the fine at the very end. Took a couple of hours but the things looked like chrome when they were finished!!
