Looks like someone went to the trouble to put a set of H-1’s on it! Usually a good sign.

Yes. But someone also went to the trouble to put an engine from a Volvo in it. And a front left brake caliper from a Vauxhall. That’s a bad sign.

If you are thinking of installing Volvos iconic B20-engine in your classic Porsche, this is where you make the cut in the cross member to make room for the waterpump.

Volvo flywheel and clutch do not fit in gearbox unless you grind a little bit in the housing.
