New 912 Owner - looking for .pdf documents
 

I recently picked up a July '65 built three gauge 912. I'm looking for .pdf files of the owners manual, or any shop manuals and wiring diagrams.

Specifically at this moment I need to identify the various lights in the gauges.

Mine was built on May 31,1965 and I have had it three days.

Porsche sells a reproduction 1967 Drivers Manual, part number WKD460520. for an earlier edition, perhaps eBay

You can buy reproduction WKD-480-520 Factory Workshop Manual for 911 1965-1971. Volumes 1-2 WKD480520. There was a 912 supplement, perhaps one available on eBay

I have three of the early 1965 manual available for sale, Edition 111/65. I always though I would buy an early 912 but found a 68 SWT instead.

i would suggest the following book Porsche 912 Workshop Manual 1965-1968 (Paperback) by Floyd Clymer....it has a lot of info and considered one of the must have books for reference and working on your 912

I would really appreciate if u can send it to me, i am working on a 912 for a restoration job and i could really use the manual.

I’m always pretty skeptical of book suggestions especially when it comes to car stuff, but as 69 Porsche says, this is THE 912 book to buy. I was honestly blown away by how good it is.
