Antenna
I recently purchased a Hirschman antenna to replace a PO's installed antenna. I managed to remove the old antenna but cannot get the "long shaft" new one into the fender area. I read that one needs to remove the door to install it. Really? Anybody have experience with this installation? Mine is a 1967 912 coupe, antenna on the driver's side. Thanks, Grant.

I purchased a new antenna from Pelican for my 67 and it was an easy install from the top of the fender and inside the trunk.
I’m not familiar with the type of antenna you are describing but I hope this helps. RRC |
