Hey Alex .. I did this in the spring. Front and rear are easy. On the front remove bolts from the two horizontal struts at the "battery box" area. Then the bottom nuts from the vertical bolts which hang and adjust the bumpers on the side. That's it on the front. The rear is easier because it is in 3 pieces ...look for the vertical bolts, and lower horizontal bolts to the liscence plate panel pop them out and bumpers will slide back . Rear plate just hangs.

Alex use a hair dryer to soften up the seals when you fit them MUCH MUCH easyier then.

Also when you cut the base seal you need to cut out V shaped cut outs so the seal bends smoothly around the ends I have seen ones that have just been bent round and you can tell follow what Porsche org did it works as for the insert don't strech it it will shrink quicker try and leave in some exess and lose it in the lenght as it were.

also the ends of the insert trim them so you can really get it in the end bit ,right in not just in , but right in. Other wise it will shrink again.

It's dead easy you can clean up the org chrome trim with Ali cleaner (stuff like tooth paste) and a green scratchy things on the back of a spong. I know this odd but it works .BUT TRY a small area first . And not to hard you will get what I mean it really brings up the shine. My other half has copy aftermarket ones on her car and not the org and I have not lived it down still and she's gone..

Also you can straighten up any of the ali trim if it is abit bent.
Mine had real kink right in the middle I saved it with a bit of metal on the inside and the vise.

Here it is nice and clean looking and 99% kink free saved the ££$$
And don't hold back on the paste when you use the stuff ,you need the lubrication in the stuff to do it's job other wise the green stuff sctrches it too much. It a difficult one it looks worse before it looks better. but make sure you trim is the org porsche one and not an Ali copy.

I also had this problem I searched about and found it difficult. but in the end i was at my local DIY store and found some roof bolts just like the ones that i too had to cut off they are abit bigger and they are abit longer but i just open up the hole alittle and it all worked fine I have them on all of the bumpers

Good luck.
