the current rumor on the meets is that texas, and the sE will each have their own in the spring...

the joint adventure will happen in October somewhere east of texas and west of atlanta.

i need to get somthing going on in the midwest though.. this is what i roughly have in mind.. just need the 912ers to come out, and need to plan. some gret senic areas through the apalacians that run through southern ohio, & great drives.

Cool Rings

If you have any experience with rebuilds there is not much you can't figure out. I would suggest the Maestros videos. The hardest part is finding a good machinest and paying out the nose for main bearings, exhaust valves, pistons and cyl. etc. I took my heads off to replace push rod tube seals and thought while i'm this far I might as well re- ring and all of a sudden my case was cracked.
