1966 912 Targa
Has anyone ever seen a 1966 targa here in the states? Just curious?
Does anyone have pictures of theirs they can post? I have done searches, but can't seem to find anything. Thanks, Kelly |

Porsche didn't start up the Targa assembly line until December of 1966, the first dozen or so built were 911 cars, overall only a little over 2500 912 targa's were built so if you see a 66 targa 911 or 912 then that is a pretty rare sighting and if you have one then its about as rare as the proverbial snowball in you know where.

that and if its made after august of 66, its a 67 model year car.. so it would be technically considered a 67 targa.
