Question dellorto vs. weber

Im not very familiar with the dellorto carbs but my 69 912 uses them. they came with the car and i was just wondering if anyone has experience with them vs. webers. Would i gain or lose anything by switching to the weber 40 IDF carbs
thanks, Chris Park

Dellortos are GREAT carbs. I would definately keep them as webers have LESS power. The delortos are set up better, 32mm venturis, and have better top end. The guy who helped rebuid my engine has Dellortos on his race engine and wow do they run sweet.
