Post rear seat belts

Does anyione know if there are holes for rear seat belts on a 66. Do I need to drill holes, and if so, can I get to the backside to put the nuts on?
Thanks

There were no such holes or mounting points on my '67....made in late '66. You could go
in through the wheelwells for the outside point.
I took care of the situation by using one belt across the back mounted at the two outside rear seat back bolts. I figure lateral support is mostly against the center hump anyway....and my kids are still skinny!
