| How many '65 912 were built?
Hi everyone, I have a question about a 65 912. How many of these cars were built? Are they collectable? (I mean all Porsches are collectable , I just wanted to know if there are years more desireable in the 912) What is the going fair price? Where can I go to read more about the 65 912? Thanks for your help. chris c. ------------------ chris collier collier@iglou.com 72 911T stock and ok with that, for now

6501 1965 912s were produced. They are rarer than most 912s so maybe a little more desireable. However, they aren't worth any more than the other 912s. Also remember, that in 65 they didn't have the 5 speed, they had 3 guages, no headrests, asnd most didn't have a radio. Price should be between 3-7K. If you find a good one, get it, but don't rule out the other years by any means. A great resource is www.912registry.org ------------------ Joshua Harrison Porsche owner at heart
