Unhappy Need Fuches 15" Wheels

While installing my new tires I was told one of my Fuchs wheels was cracked and one was bent out of round. Hope they can weld up the cracked one, no hope for the bent one.

Need one or two 6 J 15 (911-361-020) wheels. Anyone have one or two for sale.

Thanks,
Ron D

Question Painting a Fuchs Wheel

The fuchs wheel I bought from Easy is all silver and I want to paint the background black and leave the spokes silver like my other wheels on the car.

What is the best way to mask the wheel spokes for background painting? Is there a template or mask availiable from anyone??

I am not the worlds best painter and can't draw a straight line either. any suggestions??

Thanks,
Ron D

I think that there is an article on this in 101 Projects for your 911. Careful masking with high quality tape is the way to go to avoid bleed through.

As Morrie says really, its a pain in the ass but well worth it, just take your time and use good quality products.

I did one a day, didn't take all day but it made it abit easier and less boring.
