Sorry, didnt see this until this evening...keep forgetting my handle since I switched to Fischer Pale Ale...

2056 - Unfortunately, Never had it dyno'd. Lots of speculation on the HP numbers by folks (stock 914/6 owner, 2 early 911T owners. I wont post their comments here for obvious reasons)
71 mm Crankshaft
96 mm JEs
44 x 38 SS valves
Heads - extensive p and P by Mr. Tuttle (local head specialist)$$$$
2.1 EFI throttle body and injectors
FAT 440 Camshaft
911 swivel foot adjusters
Compression 9:1+...
HD oil pump
Accusump, MoCal cooler with fan, very torquey. About 10k miles on the motor, until I decided to ignore the oil light during a late nite high speed freeway transition...

2143 - under construction
74 mm Crankshaft
I'll mod the windage tray, may switch to a stock oil pump, gonna have the larger throttle body hone to a larger dia. still debating the cam choice everything will be sent to Auto balancing in Downey, CA for a dynamic balance...will definately see a dyno...

Keep in mind that I am limited due to the CA emissions requirements. All emission levels must be within tolerances. The car is "legit". For this, I have a great deal of respect for my tuner, he truly is a magician...shooting for an August completion date, 500 mile break-in, then major road trip...

Did you end up with the blue "E"?

Bob

$$$$$ on the motor/car...well, I do not want to total the receipts on the 2056. I am sure that the 2143 version will be less money ...LOL

Doesnt matter, if I had initially purchased a 911 SC I would have probably installed a 3.6 and by now looking to upgrade to a 3.8...

You know how it is, one thing leads to another.

I am looking for more low-end torque with the 2143. The heads and cam selection will be the key...

Having built a T4 motor and had the same aforementioned heads by Tuttle, I'm thinking 130hp with the injection. The cam is mild compared to what can be run with carbs, but the flow is there with the 44/38. And the compression is there for a good kick. Good exhaust setup will ensure the hp gets maxed.

Remember, hp is not really a good measure of performance unless you plan on spending a lot of time near the redline. A nice flat torque curve is what gets the job done. Bob's motor will have gobs of torque.
