Hi Rob
I'm insured through Aon and pay £200 per year for classic insurance, thats unlimited mileage! You could try Lancaster as they do limited mileage, so I would expect that to be less. I don't have an alarm or immobiliser fitted, I've had quite a few classics over the years with different insurers and none have requested any anti theft device to be fitted. Though its a good idea to do so, although if you don't use the car often you could fit one of those in-line battery safety/saver devices, they're often advertised in the classic mags. Saves hacking into the wiring loom?! |
