How do I restore my brushed Aluminum dash trim?
Hi All,
How Do I restore my brushed Aluminum dash trim? It's kind of scratched up and has some dents and dings.... I would be willing to buy a mint set ....or have new pieces cut Has anyone done any of this? thanx,

You know.....I saw a 912 recently fully restored with PERFECT dash trim..he got sheets of that very thin aluminum at a hardware store (Home Depot) and cut it out himself.
VERY hard to tell from my original trim on my 68'. He was just very careful and trimmed it with some very nice cutters- you can cut that stuff with a decent pair of scissors actually. -Bob O
