RSR0012 Distributor

I have seen a number of posts on various boards regarding the marvels of an RSR0012 distributor for 912's. This is a Bosch Distributor? How much total advance in degrees? Set this at atdc or btdc? Who sells them & price? Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Classic and Speed parts. (626) 445-0108

Will Pringle makes em, markets them, designed and sells em. he is the only one who you can buy em from. $200.

they have the same exact advance and timing as an original distributor. 33 or so at 3000 rpms. basically is a bosch 009, thats been torn appart, and rebuilt with a new curve. it takes bosch 009 points rotor and cap.

from what i hear, its the bees knees. then again, all of will's products are amazing. i suggest him above every parts vendor out there. very knowledgeable, super honest, and the nicest guy you could ever meet.

Has anyone any info on the curve he uses? I would love to get a graph of one like a 911 graph below. Has anyone seen a graph for the .050 or 022 dist?
