Midwest/Great Lakes Region 912 Mailing List

I’d like to start getting names and email addresses collected to start a Midwest/Great Lakes region mailing list.

If you are in the Midwest/great lakes area, and would like to be contacted in regards to 912 happenings in the region please email with your name & location at:
hoffman912@gmail.com

in the subject heading please put 912

I would like to start getting things going in the 'rust belt' and would like to include members from all over, especially in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, western New York (buffalo and the like), and anyone else who would be interested in getting together, going to events, throwing events and gatherings, going for drives, car shows and celebrating and enjoying these fine cars.

Also, if you are interested in helping out in any way, with events and happenings please include that as well. The area that we cover is rather large, so if someone up in MN or West Virginia wants to throw a gtg for members who can make it out there, great! In general though, I would like to try to have a lot of gatherings centralized so its not too hard for people to come to.

Eventually what id like to do is get a comprehensive list of mechanics in the region, which we can provide to others who are looking for on, as well as other services from which we can all benefit from.

We are looking at having a winter gathering in February (we are hoping to meet at the tajmagaraj.com ). nothing is set in stone yet, but we will keep everyone updated. We hope to have other events and gatherings over the summer as well. I have several ideas in mind, and if any one has suggestions please feel free to let me know. Some of the ideas I have in mind are getting together with the other 356 groups, motor cities, 356 burgh come to mind, as well as the Midwest 914 club. We may even try to get together with those pesky 912 look a likes with 6 cylinder motors for a get together. The Porsche Parade will be in Hershey this summer, there will be Tweaks fun fest in Illinois, the Stoddard swap meet in Cleveland, the swap meet in Auburn Indiana, as well as vintage races in Pittsburgh, Mid Ohio, Watkins Glen to name a few. Perhaps we can even have a gathering with Texas and South East regions?

The more people are involved, the better our region will be. Please note, we hold privacy in the highest regard, this email list will never be sold, and email addesses will always remain private.
